Can I exchange my individually purchased products for a different option?


No, we do not exchange individually purchashed products as some of our products are used for feminine areas and other parts of the body. We do not accept back spiritual or skin care products.




What if the products in my order arrived damaged?


In the rare chance that your products in your order arrive damaged, please notify us at soulofmelaninftv@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can ship out a replacement for your immediately.
